      An Italian cooking school located in Tuscany offering small classes and hands-on instruction in English, as well as daily tours with professional English speaking guides.
      Our students include anyone from beginners to accomplished chefs who come to study the unique nature of Tuscan cuisine. We welcome Vegetarians! ... just mention that when you make your reservation. Anne Bianchi and Sandra Lotti are the founders of Toscana Saporita. Bianchi, an Italian American, and Lotti, a native Tuscan, are cousins, and authors of many internationally acclaimed cookbooks.

"... I chose Toscana Saporita from La Cucina Italiana. I was a bit learly of choseing a cooking school from a magazine but I figured who else would know of the best cooking schools.
One nite I was out in the West Village in NYC and I spied Mario Batali so I got my courage up and asked him if he had ever heard of  Toscana Saporita and he said “the cooking school? are you going there??” I told him I was going in May and what did he think of it...... he told me that I would learn everything about Tuscan cooking and the woman that runs it is a fantastic cook and when I get there make sure that I tell her that Mario said hello. That made me feel so comfortable with my choice for a school. A friend asked me if it met my expectations when I returned. I told her it was my dream come true in fact I have another dream and that is to return one day......."
