December 14th 2009 Sandra Rosy Lotti, Jacob Restivo, Janine De Marco, Justin Cloud, David Hersh, Eric Fraschilla, Ted Hall and Alexandra Mudry introduced a traditional Tuscan Menu consisting of: Assorted bruschettas; Farro and bean Soup; Pasta with Truffle Sauce; Pork loin marinated in Moretti Beer and then roasted with dried fruit and shallots; Roasted Garlic Mashed potatoes, caramelized Brussel sprouts with Pancetta and Grilled Rings of Red Onions with balsamic Vinegar reduction; Tuscan Almond Cantucci served with a warm Amaretto Creme Anglaise. |
