FREESTYLE COOKING is a brand new program that allows you to cook and then relax on the beach during the Summer, have fun during Carnival and get ready for delicious and traditional meals for the Holidays.
These programs take place during those months we are not running week long programs at the estate. They all give you the chance to see different aspects of our Regional and National cooking while having fun or relaxing. You will work elbow to elbow with me in my own professional kitchen which is now open to special programs. Freestyle cooking finally allows people who do not have too many days to spend on vacation to do everything they want. You do not have to stay all week long! you can come for 1 week, three days or just one day. and you can decide to have 1 intense day in the kitchen, from morning to afternoon or just the morning.

Totally up to you. Whichever program you choose....you will love it. And this is my promise.
You will stay at the Hotel Piccadilly in Lido di Camaiore, facing the calm Thyrrenian sea. Every morning after a great continental breakfast at the Hotel you will be picked up by our guides and taken to the School where we will start cooking at 10:00 am. We will not drop the spoon until 1:00 o’clock. Lessons will be featuring fresh pasta and raviolis, risottos,desserts, gelato, meats and fish, amazing appetizers, pizza baked in a real wood oven and so much more. Lunch will be served at 1:30 and paired with great wines.
At 3:00 pm you will be taken back to the Hotel and from that moment on the day is yours! you can stay at the Beach (included in the package) and swim in our amazing sea or laze by the swimming pool. (chairs, umbrella included ) Walk on the beautiful promenade or enjoy the sunset from the wharf. Visit the local market and relax in one of the charming cafes on the promenade. do not forge our gelatos...you will not get to taste all the available flavors in just one week!!
And what if it rains? no problem guys! at that point we will go to either Lucca, Viareggio or Pisa. I am always available when it comes to go shopping or touring! The weather is not gonna stop us. Dinner will be served at 8 pm at the Hotel. Lido di Camaiore is a beautiful Seaside resort, a cozy little town where cafes, restaurants and shops are always open (during the Summer) Night life is a MUST! you can literally stay out until you drop. Clubs, restaurants and Pubs are all within easy reach. will you need a car? why?? didn’t we say you are relaxing???

The same program takes place also in November and will feature Christmas and Holiday Cooking. So many people want to recreate the traditional Christmas menu for their family and there you go! Then,During Carnival, we come back for more!

Beach Break Program July 2014, every week

Price 1950 euro per person based on Double Occupancy for a 1 week program.
Price 1650 euro per person for a 3 day program
What is included in your price :
Pick up in Pisa on Sunday and Drop off on Saturday (starting at 8:00 am) This service is included in the 1 week package.
Accommodation with private bath, continental breakfast, dinner with wine at the Piccadilly Hotel in Lido di Camaiore. A three hour hands on cooking lesson every day with Sandra Lotti and her chefs followed by lunch with wines, private beach with swimming pool (in case of rain Tour of Lucca Pisa or Viareggio)
Groups are small, maximum 8 people.
